Lewdy is a progressive web app: it installs directly from your browser, without an app store, and updates itself. On iPhone and iPad Open Lewdy in Safari — installing is not possible from Chrome or Firefox on iOS Tap the Share button at the bottom of the screen Choose Add to Home Screen, then Add On Android Open Lewdy in Chrome Tap Install when the browser offers it, or Add to Home screen from the three-dot menu On desktop An install icon appears in the address bar in Chrome or Edge. The app then opens in its own window. What installing gives you Push notifications: new messages, subscriptions, tips The unread badge on the app icon A full-screen view with no browser chrome, plus shortcuts to Upload, Chat and Search On iOS, push notifications only work if the app has been added to the Home Screen. That is an Apple limitation, not a Lewdy one.

How do I become a creator?

Becoming a creator is free and open to any adult with a valid ID document. What you need A Lewdy account with a verified email To be 18 or older A valid government ID: passport, driver's license or national ID card A payout method to cash out your earnings The steps Open the Creator page, or tap the central upload button Start verification Provide your first name, last name, country of residence and date of birth Upload your ID document and a selfie holding that document next to your face Accept the Creator Policy Agreement Wait for the decision: usually 1 to 3 business days, sometimes minutes Once approved Your tools unlock immediately: publishing, video editor, subscription price, private-message sales, analytics and payouts. The first thing to do is set your price. If verification is declined The reason is shown on the verification page, with a button to resubmit a corrected application. Declines almost always come from a blurry photo, an expired document, or a selfie where the document is unreadable. Your identity data is handled by a certified verification partner. Only your username is public: neither your legal name nor your documents ever appear on the platform.

How do I subscribe to a creator?

Steps Open the creator's profile Tap Subscribe — the monthly price is shown, discount included if they have a campaign running Pick a duration if they offer multi-month bundles Complete the payment, processed by Segpay, our payment provider Access is instant: their subscriber-only videos appear on their profile and in your Subscriptions tab What is included A subscription gives access to all of the creator's subscriber-only content while it is active, to their subscribers broadcast channel, and usually to private chat. Renewal A monthly subscription renews automatically on the date shown in your subscriptions. A prepaid bundle covers the chosen duration, then ends without auto-renewal. If the button is unavailable The creator has not set a subscription price yet Your account is blocked by this creator The creator has hidden their profile in your country Charges appear on your statement under a neutral descriptor, never as Lewdy. How do I get paid as a creator?

Where it happens Settings › Payouts, with three tabs: payout requests, payment methods, and transaction history. Before your first payout Complete identity verification Enable two-factor authentication — required to protect your earnings Add a payout method: a Paxum account, near-instant, or a bank account How the balance works Available: withdrawable right away Processing: earnings still in the holding window, or a payout being executed Funds are held for a few days after being collected before becoming available, and a minimum amount applies to each request. Both values are restated on the page. Requesting a payout Pick the amount and the method, then confirm. The status goes through Pending, Processing, then Sent. If it fails, the reason is shown and the funds return to your available balance. Tracking earnings in detail The Transactions tab lists every movement: subscriptions, private-message sales, tips, referrals. Cannot add a payout method? It is almost always missing 2FA: a banner on the page links to Security.

How do refunds work?

What to provide The exact date and amount of the charge The descriptor shown on your statement The email address linked to your Lewdy account The reason: error, unrecognized purchase, content not matching its description How it is assessed Every request is reviewed case by case, in line with our Terms of Service. As a guideline: A subscription already consumed is generally not refunded, but can be cancelled to stop renewals A paid unlock clearly not matching its description is reviewed Gifts and tips are donations and are not refundable First of all, stop the billing Cancelling from the creator's profile immediately stops future renewals. How do I report a video, a comment or a user?

Where the option lives Video: the video's options menu, Report Comment: long-press or the comment menu Profile: the profile's options menu Conversation: menu at the top of the conversation Full form: Report an issue in settings What happens next Your report enters the moderation queue with its category: content, user, chat, rights claim or app issue. The team reviews it, marks it as in progress, then resolves or rejects it. Actions range from removing the media to banning the account. For faster handling Include the exact URL of the content involved Describe precisely what the problem is One report per item, no duplicates Urgent cases Immediate danger to a person, content involving a minor, non-consensual content: email support@lewdy.app directly on top of the in-app report.
