What content is allowed on Lewdy?

All published content must feature verified, consenting adults and follow our Content Guidelines. Never allowed Any depiction of minors, real, simulated or implied Any non-consensual content: hidden recording, sharing private content without agreement, revenge porn Real violence, coercion, non-consensual acts Content involving animals Impersonation and deepfakes of real people without their agreement This content leads to immediate removal, an account ban and a report to the relevant authorities. Also refused Content you do not own the rights to Promotion of external payment or content services routing around the platform Third-party contact details or personal data Your obligations as a creator Every person visible in your content must be an adult, identified, and must have signed a consent agreement. How do I report a video, a comment or a user?

Where the option lives Video: the video's options menu, Report Comment: long-press or the comment menu Profile: the profile's options menu Conversation: menu at the top of the conversation Full form: Report an issue in settings What happens next Your report enters the moderation queue with its category: content, user, chat, rights claim or app issue. The team reviews it, marks it as in progress, then resolves or rejects it. Actions range from removing the media to banning the account. For faster handling Include the exact URL of the content involved Describe precisely what the problem is One report per item, no duplicates Urgent cases Immediate danger to a person, content involving a minor, non-consensual content: email support@lewdy.app directly on top of the in-app report. Abusive and repeated reports are sanctioned too.

My content was stolen. How do I file a DMCA claim?

How to file Send your takedown request to dmca@lewdy.app. You can also use the Report an issue form, rights claim category. What the claim must contain The exact URL of the infringing content on Lewdy The URL or description of the original you own Proof of ownership Your full contact details A good-faith statement that the use is not authorized A statement of accuracy and your signature Processing Valid claims are handled quickly, in line with our Complaints Policy available on the Terms & Policies page. The content is removed and the account concerned is notified. Repeat infringers are permanently banned. You received a DMCA notice If you believe it is a mistake, reply to dmca@lewdy.app with the material proving your rights over the content. Content theft often happens outside Lewdy. Publishing public content regularly under your username makes it much easier to demonstrate you were first.

My account was suspended. What should I do?

Why an account gets suspended Breaking the Content Guidelines Repeated, confirmed reports Payment fraud or abusive chargebacks Breaching the Creator Policy Agreement, particularly on consent records Appealing Email support@lewdy.app from the address linked to the account, with your username and anything supporting your case. It is reviewed again under our Complaints Policy, published on the Terms & Policies page. Your subscribers in the meantime A suspended profile stays minimally visible to subscribers: they can cancel and can see how long the access they paid for still runs. Your earnings Earnings already cleared stay attached to the account. Depending on the reason for the suspension, payouts may be frozen while the case is reviewed. Do not create a second account to get around a suspension: that is grounds for a permanent ban, and it seriously weakens your appeal.

What consent documentation do creators need?

The rule Every person appearing in your content must be an adult, identified, and must have given written consent before publication. This applies to one-off partners just as much as to regular collaborations. What you must keep A copy of the ID document of every person on screen The signed, dated consent agreement, mentioning distribution on Lewdy The shooting date and the list of content it covers A consent agreement template is downloadable from the Resources page. For how long These records must be kept in line with our 2257 compliance policy, available on the Terms & Policies page, and must be producible on request. Withdrawn consent If someone withdraws their consent, take the content down without delay. You can switch a video to draft from its options menu while you arrange deletion. Publishing solo does not exempt you: your own creator identity verification does not replace records for third parties appearing in your videos.

How can law enforcement contact Lewdy?

Point of contact Requests from authorities are handled at legal@lewdy.app, in line with our Investigation Policy published on the Terms & Policies page. What a request must contain The requesting authority and the contact details of the officer in charge The legal basis for the request Precise account identification: username, profile URL, content URL The time period concerned Whether it is urgent Emergencies In case of imminent danger to someone's life or safety, state it explicitly in the subject line: these requests are handled as a priority, outside normal timelines. Preservation A data preservation request can be sent to the same address while a formal legal request is being prepared.
