What are Lewds and how do I get them?

Lewds are the platform's internal balance. They pay for everything charged per item, as opposed to subscriptions, which are billed monthly. What they are used for Unlocking media sold individually, in chat or in a broadcast channel Sending gifts and tips Sending media to a creator who set a receiving price Boosting a video or a profile, on the creator side Getting them Open the balance screen, pick a pack — Starter, Popular, Power User, Ultimate, Whale, Legend — and pay. Payment is processed by Segpay and the credit is immediate once confirmed. Important rules Lewds never expire They are not convertible to money and cannot be transferred between accounts Your balance is shown before every purchase, and nothing is charged without confirmation History Your pack purchases are listed under Settings › Payments, with date, type and amount. How is my payment processed? Is it discreet?

Who processes payments All payments — subscriptions and Lewds packs — are processed by Segpay, a provider specialized and certified for this industry. Lewdy never sees or stores your full card number. Discretion on your statement Charges appear under the provider's neutral descriptor, never as Lewdy. The exact descriptor is restated on the payment screen before you confirm. Managing your payment methods Settings › Payments lets you add, edit or delete a card, and shows the full charge history: Lewds packs and subscriptions. Security The payment page is encrypted and hosted by the provider. No member of the Lewdy team will ever ask for your credentials or your banking details, by message or by email. How do refunds work?

Where to file Refunds and billing disputes are handled by Segpay, our payment provider, at cs.segpay.com. What to provide The exact date and amount of the charge The descriptor shown on your statement The email address linked to your Lewdy account The reason: error, unrecognized purchase, content not matching its description How it is assessed Every request is reviewed case by case, in line with our Terms of Service. As a guideline: A subscription already consumed is generally not refunded, but can be cancelled to stop renewals A paid unlock clearly not matching its description is reviewed Gifts and tips are donations and are not refundable First of all, stop the billing Cancelling from the creator's profile immediately stops future renewals. How do I get paid as a creator?

Where it happens Settings › Payouts, with three tabs: payout requests, payment methods, and transaction history. Before your first payout Complete identity verification Enable two-factor authentication — required to protect your earnings Add a payout method: a Paxum account, near-instant, or a bank account How the balance works Available: withdrawable right away Processing: earnings still in the holding window, or a payout being executed Funds are held for a few days after being collected before becoming available, and a minimum amount applies to each request. Both values are restated on the page. Requesting a payout Pick the amount and the method, then confirm. The status goes through Pending, Processing, then Sent. If it fails, the reason is shown and the funds return to your available balance. Tracking earnings in detail The Transactions tab lists every movement: subscriptions, private-message sales, tips, referrals. Cannot add a payout method? It is almost always missing 2FA: a banner on the page links to Security.

How does the referral program work?

Your link Settings › Referral holds your personal code and a link to share. The referred person enters that code at signup, on the profile completion step. What you earn Creator referral: 3% of the income generated by the referred creator during their first 6 months on the platform User referral: a share of purchases made by users who sign up through your link The commission comes out of the platform share: it never reduces your referral's earnings. Tracking your results The same page shows how many people you referred, when they joined, your total earnings and a per-referral breakdown. That income also appears in your analytics revenue breakdown. Conditions You must be a creator to earn referral commissions The code must be entered at signup: it cannot be added later Self-referrals and duplicate accounts are excluded The best returns come from referring creators who are already active elsewhere: their revenue starts high in month one, so the 6-month window is fully used.
