Who processes payments
All payments — subscriptions and Lewds packs — are processed by Segpay, a provider specialized and certified for this industry. Lewdy never sees or stores your full card number.
Discretion on your statement
Charges appear under the provider's neutral descriptor, never as Lewdy. The exact descriptor is restated on the payment screen before you confirm.
Managing your payment methods
Settings › Payments lets you add, edit or delete a card, and shows the full charge history: Lewds packs and subscriptions.
Security
The payment page is encrypted and hosted by the provider. No member of the Lewdy team will ever ask for your credentials or your banking details, by message or by email.
