Refunds and billing disputes are handled by Segpay, our payment provider, at cs.segpay.com.
What to provide
- The exact date and amount of the charge
- The descriptor shown on your statement
- The email address linked to your Lewdy account
- The reason: error, unrecognized purchase, content not matching its description
How it is assessed
Every request is reviewed case by case, in line with our Terms of Service. As a guideline:
- A subscription already consumed is generally not refunded, but can be cancelled to stop renewals
- A paid unlock clearly not matching its description is reviewed
- Gifts and tips are donations and are not refundable
First of all, stop the billing
Cancelling from the creator's profile immediately stops future renewals. See View or cancel my subscriptions.
