How do I view or cancel my subscriptions?
The Subscriptions page lists your active subscriptions and renewal dates; cancelling happens from the creator's profile.
Viewing your subscriptions
The Subscriptions page has three tabs: Subscriptions (paid, with renewal dates), Following (free) and Liked.
Cancelling
- 1Open the creator's profile
- 2Options menu, then Unsubscribe
- 3Confirm
Cancelling stops the renewal: your access stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then subscriber-only content locks again.
What you keep
Items you unlocked individually stay yours, under Settings › Unlocked medias. Your likes and follows are unaffected.
Billing and history
The full charge history is under Settings › Payments. For a dispute or a billing question, Segpay handles customer support at cs.segpay.com.

Creator suspended? You can still cancel from their profile, and access you already paid for runs to its end date.
