What is the difference between following and subscribing?

Following — free Shapes your For You feed Gives access to the creator's public posts and their followers broadcast channel May be enough to message them, depending on their chat settings Subscribing — paid, monthly Unlocks all of their subscriber-only videos Fills your Subscriptions tab Gives access to their subscribers broadcast channel and, usually, private chat Renews automatically every month until cancelled What changes the price Every creator sets their own price, free tier included. Some offer bundles (3, 6 or 12 months prepaid at a discount) or temporary promotion campaigns. The price shown on their profile is the one that applies to you. How do I subscribe to a creator?

Steps Open the creator's profile Tap Subscribe — the monthly price is shown, discount included if they have a campaign running Pick a duration if they offer multi-month bundles Complete the payment, processed by Segpay, our payment provider Access is instant: their subscriber-only videos appear on their profile and in your Subscriptions tab What is included A subscription gives access to all of the creator's subscriber-only content while it is active, to their subscribers broadcast channel, and usually to private chat. Renewal A monthly subscription renews automatically on the date shown in your subscriptions. A prepaid bundle covers the chosen duration, then ends without auto-renewal. If the button is unavailable The creator has not set a subscription price yet Your account is blocked by this creator The creator has hidden their profile in your country Charges appear on your statement under a neutral descriptor, never as Lewdy. How do locked videos and paid unlocks work?

A padlock on a video or a media item can mean two very different things. 1. Subscriber-only content It unlocks by subscribing to the creator, and stays unlocked while the subscription is active. Nothing to pay per item. 2. Content sold individually Photos, videos and audio sent in chat or in a broadcast channel can carry a price in Lewds. The exact cost and your balance are shown before you confirm: nothing is ever charged without explicit confirmation. After unlocking An unlocked item is yours: it stays available even if you cancel your subscription, under Settings › Unlocked medias, filterable by type (videos, audio, images). If your balance is too low The unlock screen offers to top up directly. Lewds never expire. See What are Lewds. Unlocked content is not downloadable and remains protected by the creator's rights: redistributing it elsewhere breaks the Terms of Service and can get you banned.

How do I send a gift or a tip?

Gifts are the most direct way to support a creator, on top of a subscription. Where to send one In a conversation, through the gift icon in the message bar From a creator's profile On a video, through the tip action How it works Pick a gift: rose, heart, kiss, fire, diamond, crown, gift, champagne, yacht The cost in Lewds and your remaining balance are shown Confirm: the creator instantly gets a notification with your gift Paying with Lewds Gifts are charged to your Lewds balance, never directly to your card. If your balance is too low, the Top up button takes you to the available packs. Gifts cannot be refunded once sent and do not entitle you to any specific content: they are support donations.

Can I chat with creators?

The Messages tab holds both your private conversations and creator channels. Who can message whom Each creator picks their setting: open to followers and subscribers, or subscribers only. If sending is blocked, you need to follow or subscribe first. A user can also disable direct messages entirely. Inside a conversation Reply to a specific message by swiping it to the right React with an emoji by long-pressing Copy or delete your own messages from the context menu Send images, videos and voice messages Paid content in chat A creator can send a locked media item with a price in Lewds: the amount is shown before anything is charged. Some also set a price to receive your media — the cost is shown before you send. Automatic messages Getting a message right after subscribing or following is normal: many creators set up an automatic welcome message. A conversation bothering you? You can mute it, delete it, block the person or report them from the conversation menu.

How do I view or cancel my subscriptions?

Viewing your subscriptions The Subscriptions page has three tabs: Subscriptions (paid, with renewal dates), Following (free) and Liked. Cancelling Open the creator's profile Options menu, then Unsubscribe Confirm Cancelling stops the renewal: your access stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then subscriber-only content locks again. What you keep Items you unlocked individually stay yours, under Settings › Unlocked medias. Your likes and follows are unaffected. Billing and history The full charge history is under Settings › Payments. For a dispute or a billing question, Segpay handles customer support at cs.segpay.com. Creator suspended? You can still cancel from their profile, and access you already paid for runs to its end date.
