What are broadcast channels?
Two channels — subscribers and followers — to send a message, a media item or an offer to your whole audience at once.
A broadcast channel lets you write to your entire audience in one go, from the Messages tab.
The two channels
- Subscribers channel: reaches all of your paying subscribers
- Followers channel: reaches all of your free followers
The member count is shown on each channel.
How the message arrives
Each recipient gets it in their private conversation with you, as a personal message rather than in a group. So your fans can reply to you individually.
What you can broadcast
- Plain text: an announcement, a teaser
- A media item from your private library, for free
- A media item locked behind a price in Lewds, which each fan can unlock if they want
Using it well
- The followers channel is for converting: show what a subscription unlocks
- The subscribers channel is for retention: new content, offers, exclusives
- A noisy channel gets muted: space out your sends

Channels are one-way: a fan's reply lands in your private conversation with them, not in the channel.
