I forgot my password. What should I do?
Use "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen to get a reset link by email.
Resetting
- 1On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password
- 2Enter your account email address
- 3Open the link you receive by email
- 4Pick a new password, different from previous ones
If you know your current password
Settings › Account › Password lets you change it directly, with a strength indicator. If 2FA is on, a code will be requested.
The email is not arriving
- Check your spam or junk folder
- Check the spelling of the address you entered
- If you signed up with Google or Apple, you have no Lewdy password: sign back in with that same button
- With no access to the email address, write to [email protected] from an address you control
After changing it
This is a good moment to check your active sessions and sign out any device you do not recognize.

The reset link is single-use and expires: if it no longer works, request a new one.
